The First Meeting of the Synodal Department of Youth Ministry is Held

On May 30, the first meeting of the Synodal department of youth ministry, established at the latest Council of Bishops, was held. Participants included Protopriest Gabriel Makarov, Protopriest Peter Holodny, Protopriest Andrei Sommer, Priest Serafim Gan and Reader George Skok. Matters involving the creation of an official website of this department and a youth pilgrimage to the Holy Land were held. The new department will make proposals at the next meeting of the Synod of Bishops.
