Ukase to the Ruling Bishops of the North American Dioceses of the Russian Church Abroad

The archpastors of the North American dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia are hereby notified that the Synodal Liturgical Music Advisory Board is organizing a conference on the topic: "The Foundations of Musical Mastery of the Church Choir and Its Director." The conference will be held at SS Peter and Paul Church in Santa Rosa, CA, from October 8-12, 2014.

It is recommended that the information from the following website be widely disseminated: www.rocmconference.com

It is desirable to have at least one participant from each parish of the North American dioceses of the Russian Church Abroad participate.
