The Kursk Root Icon of the Mother of God "of the Sign” is Ceremoniously Greeted at Ardatov Diocese of the Mordovian Metropoliate of the Russian Orthodox Church

On October 6, 2016, the miracle-working Kursk Root Icon of the Mother of God "of the Sign” was ceremoniously greeted at Ardatov Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church by its ruling bishop, His Grace Bishop Veniamin, along with his clergymen and a multitude of worshipers.

Vladyka Veniamin and His Grace Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan, Deputy Secretary of the Synod of Bishops of Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, then performed all-night vigil at St Nicholas Cathedral in the city of Ardatov. Vladyka Nicholas anointed the worshipers after the reading of the Gospel.

Access to the miracle-working icon will be around the clock as the clergymen of Ardatov will perform perpetual molebens and akathists before it.
