Bishop Irenei of Sacramento Leads a Memorial Service for Russian Sailors (photo-report)

On Saturday, November 19, 2016, the annual memorial pannikhida for the Russian sailors buried on Mare Island, near Vallejo, CA, was headed by His Grace Bishop Irenei of Sacramento, Vicar of Western American Diocese.
