From the Editor: From November 4-6, 2017, His Grace Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan made an archpastoral visit to St Vladmir Parish of the Russian Church Abroad in Costa Rica with the Kursk-Root Icon of the Mother of God "of the Sign." The TV station Tsargrad broadcast a video covering the event.
