The Russian Church Abroad will mark the 25th anniversary of the repose of Archbishop Anthony (Medvedev)

As reported by the Western American Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, 23 September, 2025, will mark the 25th anniversary of the repose of Archbishop Anthony (Medvedev) of blessed memory. He was successor to St John of Shanghai and San Francisco, the Ruling Bishop of the diocese, a missionary, ascetic hierarch, the author of many divine service texts, including for the Holy New Martyrs of Russia.
